I notice that sometimes I have a notification of photos above
How this come from? How can I disable this alert?

I've heard of that but never have seen an explanation. I think it's iOS and the Photos app being "cute".

Do you really need notifications from Photos? If not, turn them off.

Are you using another Apple device while you see this. It is a feature that basically links the two devices while they are close to each other. Not really an alert you need to disable. Not sure what this feature is called, sure someone will help.

I have not experienced this before. It might be a notification that can be toggled off.

Try Settings-Notifications-Photo's-Allow Notifications (On/Off).
