None of which work with iPhones that have cases on, as the Lightning connector standards state that you may not have a connector with a raised plastic section small enough to fit into the cut out in Apple's own template for iPhone cases in the developer guidelines.

So in order to plug an iPhone into a dock, you would need to remove this case.
I've got a Belkin iPhone 5 dock here that I use, and it works when the phone is in a case.
Really? I have that same dock and I can't get it to work with the Rocketfish case I sometimes use.
