Are both notes F sharp in the first pic Both lines ?
The key is always noted by the number of sharps or flats. So once you know the key signature of a song you know what notes to sharp or flat. Unless otherwise notated by a natural.

The song is in the key of G, which means that every F in the song is interpreted as F sharp - unless there is an accidental applied to an F, which would apply only to the measure where it is applied (or there is a key change in the song)

As always, you interpret how the notes are played by reading the key signature, and reading the accidentals that are applied throughout the song. The song's arranger made it that way, just to make the task of playing the music easy. Basic music theory can give you some amazing insights into how to read simple music notation.

You might try a course in music theory, which might be offered in a local community college, or even in a local adult education program. Or, you might ask about that at a local music store (I think they still exist in a few places :D )
Just sayin'...

Treble and bass clef share the same rules. Play a G Major scale a few time to get your fingers used to playing F#.

Your teacher is correct, any note on an F line is an F. The song is in the key of G, so an F would, by default, be played as a sharp.
As long as you know that the F is played with a sharp (because that is the key of the song), then you would be playing the correct note.

(Your music teacher is trying to teach you something. The piano makes a LOT of noise (I'm guessing). If the teacher needs you to know that you hit a wrong note, then teacher will need to talk over your likely-wonderful playing, and might have to raise his voice. Part of the job, don't ya know! Your job -- is to accept criticism without thinking it is a personal attack. ;) Hit a few wrong notes, now and then, just to keep your teacher alert and awake.)
