Pickup or getting inline this year ??????

It's like Black Friday years ago (you know, when it was actually on Friday). Sure I could sit at home and order online, but when I was in the late teens it was fun to spend the night drinking soda, talking with friends, and being excited to get my hands on that item before most people.

For the iPhone, I think it's one of those things where the first time is exciting and fun in it's own way, but after that it just becomes miserable.

I waited in line overnight for the iPhone 4. I had a great time, but I wouldn't do it again. If I decide to get the new iPhone on opening day, I'll just order it online and wait.

Maidstone stormfront by any chance? I wouldn't buy anything from there if they were the only Apple retailer in the world. I used to work for them. Hate the company and the managers I worked with. If you've been in there recently you will notice the management and staff are retarded. Glad I walked out without notice. Constant threats of the sack of you don't sell enough product. Even if they have you on the tech bar and you can't sell. A group of mongrels at best. Plus if you pay £6.08 an hour. Pay peanuts and you get monkeys. #disgruntledexemployeenowonalotmoremoney

Wow, yeah that is the one. My MacBook was from them due to the three year warranty etc, but it has to be said I do prefer to be asking a representative a question not answering them myself. How long ago were you there by any chance? Bit personal but this really shows me it is a small world! Glad to hear of your hashtag's pay upgrade though.

I started last September and left in February. I was the (young) one always stuck doing personal trainer with customer. Not being able to sell and getting the threats of being sacked because of it. I was also the only person there competent of diagnosing a lot of Mac and iOS issues. We have probably met, small world indeed!

Unfortunately I have an appalling memory, but indeed we probably did!
 
last year i was going to the mall 3:00 am midnight , i saw alot people get their earlier than me , some guys so funny was hidding in a tree because security not allow to park a car in the mall ealier or stay around their ,,,

apple employee start open a door at 6.00 am - all buyer was running hurry to the door

their is couple people getting hurt cause pushing ,

I have both of these things in abundance.

I enjoy the camping out in line experience and will do it again this year.

I'll do the same thing I do every year. Get my laptop out, go my ass to VerizonWireless.com and preorder that bad boy. And then go to bed. I've done that for the last 2yrs and have gotten my iPhone on launch day.
 
my brother last year did same thing like you - he made preorder on apple.com at 12.01 am - after purchase showing delivery next day arrive launch day - however they change his schedule late 30 days - that incredible

so he call apple cancellong an item and he was calling me at 4.00 am and asking me how long a line people inline - i was told him around 300 people front of me - he said can he came getting cut and atand together with me , i told him no you cant - apple not allow do that

so he just came and cheating stand next to me - finally he sucess getting his 6 plus beautiful on his hand -@

i think this year i call up my wife go with me at 4 am , i know she not like it but i make her go -

all i do is i give her free iphone 6s gift
i think she will accepted my invite-
 
she dont mind - she fans apple too-
