alright people i have the solution....
keep in mind I'm using a Mac, so for window users, not sure how u guys go about it but anyhow here are the steps that i took....

-so i opened Address Book.
-then go to Preferences.
-where it says iCloud, at the bottom right its going to say Edit Account, click there.
-next window on the right if you have multiple email accounts they will be there, but you need to pick iCloud, then you will see the different things that are linked to it, where it says CONTACT, uncheck mark it, it wil ask you to delete them from your mac, cancel or keep contacts, choose keep contacts.

next step is to make sure all your contacts on your iPhone are gone.

login to iCloud.com, go to contacts and delete them all...

so next step is to connect your phone to iTunes.
then click on info.
where it says Sync Address Book Contacts check mark that.
scroll down, where it says Advance, its going to say Replace information on this iPhone, check mark Contacts.
apply changes and sync.

now on your phone go to settings, iCloud and turn on contacts and sync it to your cloud.

bingo it worked for me.

the only thing is as far as future changes to any other contacts or if you add a new contact and there picture, it might show full screen for that contact.
havent tested that part, don't plan to for now lol
