I carry my iPad 2 and MBA 13 in this bag - because I like good style:

That's cool...if only they offered it in a less ugly color...lol. I would prefer natural leather or black leather...
Case, sleeve & bags
I have my 2010 13" in a Speck case, which is rapidly cracking & falling apart, mind you, usually then placed in a yellow MacVelope sleeve. The sleeve has been serving me well, but is getting a bit beat up. I'd like to replace them both, but I bought a sleeve for my new iPad2 instead
Then, it's either placed in the custom designed Timbuk2 Messenger Bag (yes, with the colors of the Palestinian Flag, red, white, green & black), or in a small blue backpack, for shorter journeys sans political affiliation.
That said, the Bookbook above looks pretty nice, good catch!

I'm using the slim, lightweight and spacious 13.3 inch Case Logic attache for my 11 inch MBA. Also, using a Patagonia Daily Grind messenger bag. I got into the idea that a small laptop needn't be in a customized bag for it, because I carry things that I don't want sticking out or bulging, like file folders, magazines, sunglass cases and the like. I figure, just enjoy the laptop's light weight.

Additionally, there is a FREITAG flagship store in New York and there are a few retailers in the US. Just have a look at the storelocator
I know the FREITAG stuff is quite expensive, but I can tell you all their gear is of superb quality and will live longer than you and me
The Muzetto is a beautiful bag to be sure but mine had a fatal flaw: The coloring agent they used for the leather left brown marks on my clothes every time I used the bag. Brown streaks that wouldn't wash out.
