I carry my MBA11" in Maxpedtion Sitka (S-style which is for lefties) one-shoulder bag with Tom Bihn Cache sleeve for extra protection.

There is a hidden 100oz hydration reservoir compartment that is perfect size for Cache/MBA. The MBA pretty much disappears in the bag I forget about it till I need it. Cache can stay in the compartment and you can pull out the MBA easily.

Sweet Bag. I've been looking at those for a while. Would a 13" MBP - 15" MBP fit?

It's a really nice bag. Lots of compliments. $225.

I carry my air in a sleeve, my ipad 2, two notebooks, 1 smallish textbook, 2 novel-size books, phone, wallet, and chargers. Yet it still looks fairly thin all things considered.

Ordered! Thanks for posting the photo.

Do you use yours as an everyday bag, business and casual?

I carry similar items, looking at the measurements, 3" wide, hope it all fits.

Did you order black or brown, I went with brown, the yellow stitching on the black stood out too much for my liking.

and my mom bought me this sleeve so it's in that too. May return it, seems a little overkill to have a case and sleeve:

This one. It works perfectly for me, good protection.

Shame it doesn't charge my mac, only my iPhone

My

13" Muzetto and Black incase perforated cover, love it

If I had the money, I would buy either a Jack Spade bag or an Ernest Alexander bag to go with a laptop as nice as a MacBook Air.

The Ernest Alexander bags are extremely nice. The smaller Walker model is 15" wide and would fit a MBA perfectly.

Cool story bro time:

I was on the verge of pulling the trigger on one of the Ernest Alexander bags (the Voldis Grey) to carry my 11" MBA (in its Bookbook case) and my iPad, plus all my accessories, but my wife decided to take it upon herself and order me a No. 42 Courier bag from Col. Littleton/Griffin. I protested because of the price, but she said that since I had been drooling over it online for nearly a year that she was getting it for me as an early birthday present.

The Col. Littleton delivered yesterday. I took it out of the box and looked it over, and when I pulled the button to remove the carry handle, the bottom of the snap came away from the leather. I had it in my hands for three minutes tops, and the thing breaks.

I think I will return instead of exchange and go ahead and get the Ernest Alexander. They're expensive but still half the price of the one she got me. She's a sweetheart for getting it for me though. I have a great wife.

13" will fit in main compartment dont know about the 15". You can always go to the Kodiak, it's a larger version of the Sitka. I believe you can find youtube videos where they show a 15" fitting no problem.

Bought one of these beats about 4 years ago.
Had decided to quit work and go back to school. At the time i had a 15.4" Compaq monstrosity that weighed about 6-7lbs, plus the need to carry textbooks around.

The bag itself weighs nearly 5-7lbs.

Now that all i'm carrying around is a Macbook AIR, I think it's time to start looking at something a little smaller

AWESOME!!! more tactical bags!

I carry my MBA11" in Maxpedtion Sitka

We have the same backpack:)

I am either going to but the kodiak or the sitka. In Black or Khacki... Not sure yet.
For now I have a 5.11 RUSH24 in multicam, with some extra maxpedition pouches (Large Tactile on bottom, TRIAD admin on top, 10x4 bottle holder on one side and the 4.5x6 padded on the other, also a couple morale patches)
older pics
This is my main pack but when I decide to purchase my 13" air I will buy the maxpedition pack. I will post new pics when I get the tactile and admin pouch on my RUSH24 (soon!)

The kodiak looks a little too big for a slinger, how do you guys like your sitkas?

I swear I should work for these guys with the amount of money I spend on tactical stuff... 5.11, maxpedition, Mil-spec Monkey, Condor, Tactical Tailor, and recently discovered brand Hazard 4. I love it.

LOL, I still have this bag. Ironically, I used this bag overloaded for 4 years (had it during my college days), and it still functions like a champ. I bought a replacement Swiss Gear backpack, and it broke within a year.

Do you guys show off your hipster man purses at starbucks? Do you keep your iphones in it too since it won't fit in your skinny jeans?

lol jk nice bags though ITT

That's a Belstaff bag, right? I think J. Crew sells Belstaff gear these days.

I was thinking of getting one of those bags as a weekender, but otherwise, it looks too rugged to be used in my business environment.

Yep, it's the Belstaff 554 shoulder bag.
