As long as I washed the car today...

I sold my 2001 Golf TDI and bought a 2015 mk7 Golf TDI SE. This new one is one of the buybacks from the emissions cheating scandal. It's been flashed and all recalls have been done. It's a wonderful vehicle.

My 2001 wound up with 393K miles on it at the time of the sale. I had it for 18 years and 5 days. It was the most reliable car I've ever owned, and I hope the new owner enjoys it as much as I did.

Picked up a 2019 Genesis G80 Sport, 3.3L Twin Turbo

Hyundai really has stepped up their game since my old '99 Accent... (Pictured in one of the photos I took to sell it back in 2007 - notably after swapping the stock wheels back on.)

Here it was with the nicer, but not ostentatiously-so-for-such-a-cheap-car wheels that were on it nearly the whole time I owned it.

Dirty sensors doesn't work well in my Audi at all.
The one downfall to all of this cool tech in the northeast...snow renders it useless. Not that you should really be using adaptive cruise in the snow anyways, but nonetheless...

Glad I’m able to keep it garaged while at home so everything has a chance to defrost and warm back up.

Took her out for the first time since parking her for the winter last week. First wash since November today. Hopefully summer wheels back on next week. :)
