It's hard to tell from these pictures as they have been compressed and we can't know for sure what the shooting conditions were (how dark, shaky hands, etc), but these do look slightly blurred/out of focus. Could you post pictures taken outside and during the day? It could be a hardware issue.

I haven’t used the camera that much but I feel like darker environment shots are not that great. Here are some more pictures.

Location please
Chicago :)
obviously trolling. Take pictures through dirty window and another aimed at floor. Anyone can make a great camera take crap pictures if they try.
Hardly trolling at all. I was simply asking for other’s opinions as I feel like the camera is not performing well. I love how you assume I took crap pictures to try to make the camera look bad...

These are expected. I've noticed that pretty much all iPhones struggle under certain lights when they're low in brightness. In my experience, I've seen my iPhone x, xs, 11 pro max and even 12 deliver underwhelming results in fluorescent or cool temperature lights.

I’ve seen those threads. I know the camera is very capable. I just don’t know why I feel like my quick shots don’t look good.

With any photo, take a second or two longer to compose your image. Hold the phone steady, use the night mode setting at what the camera suggests for the light source available and ensure the lens itself is clean and not marked or coated with any liquid.
