Mms!?!?! WTF
I know one thing that always irritated me about MMS was having to remember to drop the resolution on my camera way down prior to taking the picture or having it resized to 320x240 (640x480 max?) or so in order to be able to send it and have it be viewable. That got a bit annoying once I moved beyond the razr to something with an actual worthwhile camera. Obviously it's only my experience and opinion, but I do feel that it's nice to just take the picture and send it, and as I used to email pictures or links from my comp to family and friends I already knew their carrier email address. I guess for me it was an easy conversion to adding those to the contact and going beyond the first name and number, which I've changed relatively recently in my cell-phone using time-frame. It may be a "sheee-itty workaround" as most seem to think, and it may only be really useful here in the US where it's easy to find out the email format, but it seems to me that it isn't an obtuse workaround. Like I said, just my opinion, and I may be a total idiot, but it seems to be a similar number of steps for emailing the photo as compared to MMS-ing it.
