I’ve gotten to the point where I’m only using Moment lenses on my 11 pro Max these days. They are so good and all of them work with night mode. I have the 14mm fisheye (170°), the 18mm, 58mm, and the anamorphic. Here are some from the 58mm. Sure the bare iPhone cameras are good, but the 1x camera has the best & larger sensor so it makes sense to use the Moment lenses over the 1x camera. Any Moment users here?

I followed the first 10 pages way back when, and today I looked at the most recent 15 pages. Excellent photos. I have a question I imagine has been asked numerous times and for that I apologize.
I know the 11 and Pro series have same main wide lens and ultra wide lens. Most people I see who list the phone they are using have a Pro or Pro Max. In what you’ve seen, does the lack of a telephoto lens hurt the results of the 11 aside from merely lacking that zoom? Are low light photos and night mode producing the same results across the board without tweaking?

Have you guys noticed how the Photos app automatically brightens (like really bad HDR) and over sharpens your photos when you zoom into them? This seems to only happen in bright photos such as those taken outside only.

To replicate just select a photo taken outside, slowly pinch to zoom in and you’ll notice the photo get extremely bright and sharper which is NOT how the photos actually look like. I know because when I export them to say Lightroom and view them they look normal. The same can be said if I view them in Google Photos.

It’s seriously bugging the hell out of me and I don’t know why this hasn’t been brought up more often.

*Update*

Here’s an example, the first photo is from Google Photos and the second is from the Photos app. Take a look at the cloud, it’s over brightened and sharpened while the photo in Google Photos look like should - normal.
