Just got this case and its amazing, really perfect fit. The case for iPhone 13 pro max did not fit well, and had some really sharp edges. This one fits super tight and has no sharp edges.

The fitment stickers i used on the 13 pro max case, and on this 14 pro max case no stickers needed. Super tight perfect fit

I love the magnet strength that Pitaka adds, the weaving also has different 3d texture, so it feels really amazing to hold.

I would highly recommend this case, even at its price point its worth the quality and fitment that this expensive iPhone deserves

It’s a very sleek looking case for sure. And feels great in-hand. I’ll ask you what I’ve asked others already - are you concerned about the case scratching the frame, given how tight it is and its lack of microfiber lining? Debating whether I’ll keep mine, due to this concern.

I have had Pitaka cases for ages, they have never scratched any of my iPhones…with that said i think it is possible for sure…just has never been an issue for me

FYI I just received mine and the lens cover rattles. I personally would recommend holding off on such an expensive case until it’s sorted out.

Lens cover? Is that new? I don't think I've seen anything about that on their website unless you guys are just talking about the raised lip for the camera array.

the camera bump protector I suppose? The thin plastic piece on the back. Seems like a few other reviews on Amazon and on the general case thread here are reporting the same issue. Could just be depending on the batch.

Yup, some are reporting a loosened camera lens. Support suggests I use it till the new batch comes in. Got the Apple leather Orange case in the meantime.

try the stickers then, this will resolve the rattling

my case fitment was spot on perfect

While it looks cool, it was a pita to take off on my 13 pro. Just not worth it to me because when I need to take off the case, I swear I'm gonna end up breaking the case or the phone.

I have the lens rattle as well and have contacted support. Just waiting for a reply from them.

Other than that the case looks and feels good but for the price it shouldn’t be rattling.

I have the regular 600d in black (not the new weaved one).

Will report back with what support says.

Support told me below: Our intention upon designing this new case was to "extra" reinforce the rear camera, so we added a metal camera lip to the aramid fiber phone case. The impercepitable gap between two parts made of different materials is expected, but shouldn't be noticable. In very few instances, we are finding that it may affect the normal usage, or rattle with a noticible noise. (Under these circumstances, we consider the case to be defective and will be happy to replace it for you. Again, so sorry to hear about your case, and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible! Please kindly provide the Order number (if you haven't already) and Serial number, in order to process the replacement. Also, there is no need to send back the current phone case. Kindly keep it as a backup or use it at your disposal. Thank you for your understanding and support.)

good support team from Pitaka

Just want to say that I’m happy with their case quality. I’ve been using the pitaka air on my 12 pro max since nov 2020 and overall it’s still in great shape.

This is the longest I’ve had a case and phone.

Even though I appreciate the new design, I returned it and sticking with Apple's orange leather case. Been wanting a proper orange case for a while. If the Air design makes a comeback next year, I'll reconsider. That was the best of the bunch imo.

For anyone on the fence, try it out. It's probably the best overall slim case on the market.

Got my MagEZ 3 today, and it has a pretty bad rattling at the camera bump. Quite disappointing as I really like the case otherwise.

For those with the rattling camera bump, does it rattle when the case is on too? Mine rattles when the case is on its own but when on the phone it’s fine. I actually assumed it was supposed to be like that, it provides a snug fit to the camera and lets in less dust than my 13 PM version did. I’m really happy with the case but may exchange if the camera bump is. It supposed to rattle

Go find their support team, they'll replace it for you, I got a new one for myself, it doesn't have rattling issue.

Their support mentioned they wanted the team to double check the replacement before sending it out. Wonder how widespread this is.

For mine it happens phone on and off.

Support is sending me a replacement as well.

I really like this case. Just hope the replacement doesn't rattle. Mine rattles both off and on the phone.

It looks like that is the Deep Purple iPhone. How are you digging it? I am contemplating that color choice for the case but I'm not sure. I think it looks good with the black version. Is it possible to get a couple of photos from different angles? Thank you very much for your time!

Bought this Pitaka case, what I thought was the same for my 13PM.. the MagSafe magnet on the 14PM case is no where near as strong as it was on the 13PM.

Anyone else?

I inquired with Pitakaon MagSafe strength .. here‘s their reply:

I would like to explain that why the MagSafe in the MagEZ Case 3/MagEZ Case Pro 3 is weaker than the MagEZ Case 2 series to you: Last year, we made the iPhone 13 cases with strong MagSafe magnets, which perform stronger magnetic force than Apple’s MagSafe cases. While our cases may work well in some circumstances, they are not good for wireless charging. Stronger or thicker magnets mean greater influence on wireless charging. This year, we redesigned our cases to seek a balance between protection and slimness, wireless charging speed and magnetic force.
The MagEZ Case 3 and MagEZ Case Pro 3 are both thinner and lighter than their predecessors. Still, they have MagSafe connectivity as strong as Apple’s MagSafe cases. With our upgraded cases, we hope your phone looks great, is comfortable to hold all day, charges at the fastest possible speed, and magnetically holds tight to those MagSafe accessories.

Mind you… I’m still VERY happy with the Pitaka case, it will be my primary case

They really should have kept last year's options. Air/ Regular / Pro. For those who don't care about magnets, get the Air. Keep the strong magnets on the regular. They wanted all cases to work with their MagSafe accessories. So now, we have to settle with a weakened magnet on all cases.
