Planning on getting an iPhone with my girlfriend.. need some advice

Right, that's what some people have done these past days with a new fee we're taking, its costing us a few extra bucks. We're hoping to save some cash by getting out this way, I just don't know how long T-Mobile will keep my phone's service running after I'm canceled. Its going to be a few days til we can go to ATT.
 
me and my girlfriend got iphones together as a family plan
700 minutes with unlimited texting.
works like a charm and the actual price of the bill to split in half is cheaper than if we had our own contracts.

she couldn't get her own contract since she's still 17
 
AT&T offers a 550 minute family plan in some markets, which they don't really advertise. It's $10 less than the 700 minute family plan.
