Playing videos crashes iPhone 14 PM

iOS 16.0.2 launch day 14 Pro Max. Using the default photos app playing videos makes the apple crash/reboot after 15 seconds or so. Even trying to send a video through imessage does the same thing.

Anyone ever run into this? My iPhone 14 is not doing this. Apple support ran a diagnostic and confirmed its a hardware issue.

If Apple did a diagnosis and determined it was hardware, then you have your answer. Your next step is to swap it out, or rather have Apple swap it.
