i hope all these people griping about the iPhone x don’t buy it.leaves more units for me to get my hands on one at launch time. Thoughts. Any new news on production
So that you can get one? Nah. I'll be ordering one later to test it out

I hope it’s a huge hit I have a huge amount of Apple stock in my portfolio as well.

Currently have an iPhone 7 plus, did not intend to upgrade this year. Until I saw Nilay Patel's hands on, and I found out the X has a stainless steel band.

Carefully studying the 256GB version. Will probably feel special again, be nice to return to a phone no one around me has just like it everywhere I go (:)

Unfortunately because of reselling, and the kind people who plan on returning it within the return window with no intention of keeping it "just to try it," I'm sure it will be just as difficult to get as they always are. Not to mention the demand I'm sure there will be for it regardless.

I wonder if the release date was pushed to November so Apple could gauge people’s reaction to this flawed phone.

I was on the fence about it and have decided to get one. 1 gen anything new makes me worried but oh well! I'm going on!!

LOL. I won't rehash my opinions and you already know why.

A couple of years ago my thoughts were different, but lately I've been seeing a lot I like. There's a way to take the hideous mess of the Android status bar and turn it into an iPhone like status bar as well so that will be a good place to start.

I was with Google long before iPhone so I'm already set there. It will be interesing.

All that said, it will be a while and even after I still have devices running iOS to play with, two of them jailbroken (one with a perpetual jailbreak now). I plan to get an iPad Pro and you will have to pry my Macs from my cold, dead hands if Apple doesn't kill PowerPC once and for all before then.

Oh don't worry.. wasn't interested in any of Apple's 2017 phones. Next year's devices are the ones worth waiting for. There's no real reason to upgrade yearly these days. I can't even make an excuse.. oh because I have to have it.. I actually don't.

I have used Android before. It has it plus and minuses. I am just not wanting to change now, getting old!

I hear you.

It's a little different for me though. I am getting old as well, but since I was 10 it's always been about "What's next?!" in regards to technology. Even if I don't end up buying or using that tech there's an insatiable curiosity in me to know just what the next new thing in the world of tech will be.

As I get older I know this is what will keep me active.

@jbarley is a perfect example of how I wish to keep going.
