I Wanted To Download A Spotify Song To An Mp3 File So I Downloaded A So-Called Converter And I Don't Know What It Did But It Installed A Weird Audio Device That I Never Asked Nor Told It To Do And My Mac Keeps Switching To That Audio Device Against My Will. I Want To Get Rid Of It But I Don't Know How. I Will Put A Video Of What's Happening As Well As A Photo Of My Mac's Configuration. Please Help!

I've Already Deleted The App But I Don't Know The Full Extent Of What It Did. (The App In Question Was TunesBank Spotify Music Converter)

Also Just A Warning, I Don't Know How To Do A Darn Thing In Terminal So If That Is Required Then I Might As Well Just Give Up Cause There's No Way In Hell That I Can Use That Thing...

Also My Caps Lock Is Stuck So If My Typing Looks Weird, I'm Just Trying My Best With What I Got... TwT

Also I Will Provide A Video Of Something That Will Show A Little More Of My Predicament....

So Yeah, The HAL Folder That Supposedly Holds The Core Audio Drivers For MacOS Does Not Exist On My Machine, Meaning That I Can't Just Go Into That Folder And Just Delete The Device Directly...

I think you are in the wrong Library folder. There's a Library folder for each User folder, and a Library folder for the system (available to the system and all users.)
Go to /Library, which is at the root of your hard drive, and not the one in your user folder. The root of your drive shows Applications, Library, Users, and System. If you don't see those 4 folders, at a minimum, you are still in the wrong place.
Open THAT Library.
There, you will see the Audio folder, and ,depending on what you have installed, many of the folders will actually have something in them, and the Plug-ins folder will have a HAL folder, with the various audio device folders.

Alright, I Found It But There Was Only One Folder In The Hal Folder And Just To Be Safe I Made A Copy Of That Folder So If I Deleted The Wrong Folder, I Can Just Put It Back, The Folder Name That I Deleted Was "Audio.driver" I Deleted It But The Device Is Still Showing... I'm Not Sure What To Do.

The Problem Is On My 2013 11 Inch Macbook Air. Specs:

1.7 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i7

8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Intel HD Graphics 5000 1536 MB

500 GB Flash Storage

11.6-inch (1366 × 768)

Did you restart after deleting the driver?

Try going to Applications/Utilities, then open Audio MIDI setup.
That will usually open the list of audio devices that you might have, either from an installed app, or hardware that you have attached to your Mac.
Try selecting Internal Speakers, then right-click on that, and choose "Use this device for sound output"
That should change your Mac to use your internal speaker as the default. If you have another output showing in that list, that you prefer, do the same with that to choose that output as the default.
That should help your system ignore the SMC Audio device.

Oh, That's Probably Why It's Still Showing. I Didn't Restart. Thanks, Ima Do It Now.

Aight, I Restarted And It's Gone! Thank You So Much! Ima Just Do Mah Thang Now. Again, Thank You So So Much! That Whole Audio Thing Actually Scared Me Cus I Never Had This Problem Before And You Basically Saved The Day! Thanks!

FYI: this is how these sound web rippers work and it is (likely) not something nefarious. It may be even explained in help or their web site...
They install their own sound device which should be pass through to regular device and, at the same time, is able to send a copy of the sound played on the system to file to make copy you want. This lets them rip the music from Spotify for you. But, logically, this device needs to be used. So they try to force its use or their software would not work. Better tools add option to remove the device, but that may require system reboot as you noted.
