Pre-Approved for Apple Program Upgrade just after that option was capable on Apple.com.
Got in at 1:05am, clicked the button for both of the Sprint Pre-Approvals, and was SUPER surprised that both will be delivered to the house on November 3rd!

Ordered through the iPhone Apple store app two ATT Silver 256’s one for myself one for my dad. For some reason my phone jumped into the store first and I was able to sail through the order process, got 11/3 delivery. I was finally able to get into the store on my dads phone a few minutes later and was moving through the order process ready to check out via Apple Pay and ran into a hitch with billing address, ended up having to use the secondary payment method and by that time his delivery window had shifted to 11/17-24

My experience is totally the opposite. Got pre-approved but couldn’t get into the store until 12:10 on both my phone and my laptop. Screw you Apple..

3:20am - 64gb space grey 11/10 (slipped to 11/10 at check out)
Wanted to go through Apple, but the app and site didn't become available until 3:10am (although kept refreshing and opening/closing starting at 2:45am) and there were a lot of difficulties, then by that time ship dates were 2-3 weeks out.

12/11-12/18. Tried signing up last night with a new Apple upgrade program and woke up this morning that they couldn’t process the application. So I had to re order this morning. Bummer

Tried 3am to get on Apple Store on iPhone to buy an unlocked GSM/AT&T 256GB Space Gray. No luck. Got on Apple.com and ordered but got "we have to check with your carrier message" and did not get any email showing they got my request. At 4:15 went on Apple Store app and was able to order, and got a December 11-18 timeframe.
Later today I got a message that the carrier had approved the phone. I went online to Apple with the confirmation number and got a November 17-24 window. I will cancel the December phone once this phone order shows it is processed.

Dang it, I just found out that Best Buy charged an extra $100 per phone for the “flexibility” of paying upfront . Guess I’m gonna wait the extra month after all.
Bro/Neighbour! If you ordered T-Mobile go check again. I also got same dates as yours, they just got bumped to launch! =D
Got into store via app around 12:04 PST. Completed pre-approved IUP for 256GB SG a couple minutes later. Delivery date 11/3. Just now, status went to "preparing to ship". :^)
