Pre-ordered silver 256gig, delivers on Nov 3rd, email confirm came at 3:05am EST (12:05am PST).
I used the apple store app, which came up with pre-orders while the website still said coming soon for a while.
I joined the upgrade program so had to enter credit card, ssn... but still got Nov 3 shipping, assume if you got in when the app came up you were good.
