I was using my iPhone, iPad, and MBP, refreshing the Apple Store app, the AT&T wireless app, and Apple.com.

I was in the queue for AT&T, but the Apple Store app came through very quickly.

My order for the silver 256 came through for November 3! *happy dance*

The confirmation email came through before I even closed out the app.
 
My first year not getting on launch. App worked at 12:04. Done by 12:05 but the dates on my T-Mobile silver 64gb showed nov 10-nov 17 from the second I got in. :(
 
Apple.com took 12 minutes to load. Removed the iPhone X from my previous bag. Ordered Tmobile 256GB Silver and got 2-3 weeks shipping at 3:13 am Eastern. WTF

Pre-ordered two 256GB in Silver for Nov 3rd shipment. I wanted to order a third one but it back ordered to 2-3 week wait time in literally just a few minutes. (No i'm not a scalper, its for me and my girl)
** 12:34 and it's currently sitting at 4-5 week back order.

Launch day for me. Went better this year for me than last.

11/3 Store Pickup with Apple Upgrade Program at 3:05 AM Eastern. Got email confirmation.

App continued to hang for 30 min while contacting AT&T but I finally got a 12/5-12/11. That's not unreasonable so I'm going to call it a win

Nov 3rd! Had to ditch the Apple store App and use Apple.com. But once I did that. It let me right thru. This was mins after it went back online.

App did not work at all for 15 minutes. Apple.com woke up for me around 12:18. Transaction done two minutes later wth delivery of 11/17-24. First year I won't get on launch.
 
64GB SG VZW 11/17 to 11/24. Kept getting errors on the carrier verification step and almost gave up.
