Yea looks very similar thanks!

My order now show Your package has been released by the government agency. The tracking number from UPS site still says a delivery date of October 4 and says Clearance in Progress. What does Clearance in Progress mean? Also, how long have others had their order sit in Clearance in Progress?

The Clearance in Progress is waiting on release by the government, so you should be good.

It should be waiting for a flight out of ZhengZhou, which is probably a flight to Incheon (Seoul), Korea, then to Anchorage, then to Louisville, and on to your area.

it’s totally doable by Oct 4 if no delays.

We have movement!! Got the email from Apple 15 minutes ago. I have been bumped up from Oct. 18-Oct25 to a firm Oct. 12. I was resigned to waiting the full 2-3 more weeks for delivery. I've been checking retail availability six or more times a day, never finding any 13 Pro Max models in stock anywhere within 30 miles. And I would not hesitate to drive 30 miles if it meant getting my 13PM sooner.

It's only "Label Created" right now, and my page at Apple still says Pending, but that's ok. I'm in the game! Pretty soon I'll be tracking flights, looking for customs clearance, and sitting in my window looking out like a dog awaiting somebody's return from work. Ironically, I work for FedEx and my iPhone is coming via UPS. Go Brown!!

My order is showing the same. Hoping that it will arrive by Monday. My daughter is looking forward to getting my XS Max, especially since her's is dying. Here is to our orders flying out tomorrow.

Now that I’m on the flight tracking bug, the next flight is scheduled for 9:55AM EST (PM in Korea), so I suspect any of us that got recent tracking updates with scheduled delivery for Monday will be moving on this flight and the phones will sit in Kentucky until Sunday night/early Monday morning when moved onto their destinations

But the phones are still in China. They would need to move from China first before they can make the flight out of Korea.

Yep there seem now to be batches of these particularly the ProMax models. I think production has ramped up to try and meet demand. Now they have to get enough batches and then find what read was a limited supply of planes as the boat shipping container shipments from China are really bottlenecked right now due to pandemic effects on distribution systems. Label created means the phone is built my experience as the first batch of October 6-11 phones was that it moved up to label and all the other phases on the 25th for me. But it sat for 4 days in China till a plane/planes got them out and mine moved on the 29th and arrived late morning of the 30th (yesterday) you will like it

As the first batch that moved (all this process on 25th and then sat for 4 days till it moved on the 29th and was here by 30. Issue is getting planes once the pallets of phones are gathered at the airport (just south of the factory not far) in their warehouse where the clearance is some kind of customs/tax assessment by China to Apple.

I live about an hour's drive south of ATL...hope it makes to my house today!View attachment 1853757
If they say today based on that approval (mine was similar time and it got to east central Illinois a 4 hour drive) I would guess it is pretty likely you will get it today. UPS is flying some packages on from Louisville it happened with mine this year for first time rather than truck. One person said when packages arrive and get scanned in morning (6-9 am) they usually truck other than ones going much further than day drive and you get next day. But early morning ones (mine was about 1:30 AM for the import scan) they fly — at least they did that and it was in my home town in east central Illinois by 6:30 am. Arrived just before noon when local driver I know delivered it. I told him day before when he dropped my return box that it would likely show up. He was a bit surprised
