I have an iPad Pro 10.5 and my 2A powerbank chargers at best hold the current level of charge while I am using the IPad. I am looking for something with a 3A or more output on a single port to hopefully charge the iPad while I am using it.
What is required for "fast charging" (of the 10.5" iPad Pro and both generations of the 12.9" iPad Pro) is something that conforms to the newer "USB power delivery" specification.

Higher current is not going to help you. What you want is higher voltage, which means you need to invest in a USB-C PD power bank and USB-C to Lightning power cable. That will get you 15V/2A charging, or 30W, much higher than the 2A/5V or 10W you are probably getting now (3 times faster).

The AUKEY 30000mAh has the highest capacity, but isn't legal on planes (> 100 Wh)
The Ankers are the most expensive, but come with a high speed USB-C charger (you can also charge these power banks at 30W)
You must use Apple's USB-C to Lightning cable. At present, no third party USB-C to Lightning cable (or adaptor combination) allows for 30W charging on the iPad Pro(s).
It has a type c port for input and output that could meet your needs. I don't have a type c to lightning cable to test it, but it should meet your neeeds
