You don't have a computer that has iTunes on it or what is the issue here?

Press the back button, connect to a WiFi-network and your problem is solved.

i do connect my iphone to computer but nothing happened, so i clicked back button and it back to the language menu, what can i do? 🙁

Try a hard reset. Hold down the home and sleep button until the white apple appears and it restarts.
