There really hadn't been this much buzz about a jailbreak break in a VERY long time. More so than the jailbreakme or even the iPhone 4.

I think it also is attributed to the fact that there are people with iPhones in the US in one all the major carries compared to the past of only AT&T.

SAURIK should be happy that he will be receiving a host of new potential customers on Cydia.

I feel like the last JB for iPhone 4 and below came out pretty late at night. I woke up about 5 or 6 west coast time and it had already been out. Here's to hoping! My excitement is out of control.

I think you're right. I'm going to continue to hold onto that small shred of hope that's it's in the next 12 hours.

Being realistic I know that's not the case. I'm just happy we'll see it soon. I can't ask for more than that!

I'm sure they still have to make sure it's 100% stable. Don't rush it. I would rather have a stable jailbreak that works.

Nope sorry, i was told it would be midweek likley wednesday, tuesday if there ahead of schedule. Hopefully the team dont choose to participate in SOPA blackouts or itl be thursday aha

I think everyone's excitement is out of control. I could have cared less for a jb when I had a jailbreakable 4 on 4.3.3. Did it for awhile to get ios 5 style notifications, but other than that never cared for much else.

Now that I can't have it, there are really awesome tweaks like Springtomize and Bite SMS that I really want to try, and should have tried when I had my 4.

Don't know what you got till it's gone and all that...

I'm usually big on keeping my firmware up to date but I'll be on 5.0.1 for a loooooong time after this is released.
