I think you are reading too much into it.
"No more to say" pretty much refers to the picture; as in "iPad2 Jailbroken. Here is the picture. I'll let the picture do the talking. No(thing) more to say."

But we kind of already know that it works since they've already said that but they said they need a way to make it available to us. So it must mean that it's close to being released.
Not really.. I mean, yes, but no. We had proof of it working for the iPhone 4S, but nothing concrete (read: proof) that it did for iPad2; just A5 devices in general. With this picture, we have proof that it works for the iPad 2 and video of it working on the iPhone 4S. So now we have proof for both; again, letting the video and picture do the talking for him.
I actually would go as far to say that it WON'T come out tomorrow (Wednesday).
Why? Suppose that they (dream team, chr0nicdev, iphonedev, MN, etc.) make a political statement along with Reddit, Wikipedia, etc. and go dark to protest SOPA/PIPA.
Just putting the possibility out there..

he's just showing that they finally got it on the iPad 2. While they knew it was always possible with the exploit, they had to write a lot of code to make it happen. They still have testing and packaging to do which will take some time.
