Doesn't matter ... if it's that close it's in the dev teams hands, which it is, since the guy that posted the video wasn't pod2g but a member of the dev team. So since they are USA based I believe, it could still be released in the next few hours ...

The jailbreak. He ordered it off of iphoneunlockerz.scam. Should work pretty well. I would have seen the time zone if I was on my Mac, but I'm on the phone. I'm In central as well, I think I was the first person to accept it wasn't coming last night, it's not coming tonight. Again, I'll eat crow if I'm wrong.
