Podcast for AW3 with LTE

There don't seem to be a 'podcast' app for Apple Watch 3. Please correct me if I am wrong. I downloaded Overcast - but this works only if I have the phone with me. Is there a podcast app that allows me to stream the app even if I don't have the phone with me?

Been playing with watchplayer. You can download podcasts straight to the watch over WiFi and it’s incredibly fast.
