Using it? I guess not, but it could be potentially uncomfortable depending on how you hold the device in certain situations. Glancing at it/knowing it's there? Sure, for me it's much less appealing.Ok that’s fine, but does the rumoured 2019 camera redesign make using the iPhone less appealing?
Look, I don't represent the majority of use cases. For example, I don't take photos with my phone. So for me, an upgraded camera module is irrelevant.
I'm a form over function person when it comes to the iPhone. Why? Because the things I do on my phone (7 Plus) can be done with, for the most part, the same efficiency on any iPhone from the 5 onward. So a 7-year-old iPhone does it for me.
You can see why I'm looking at it purely from an aesthetic point of view. I don't need a newer iPhone, but I will get one if I find it aesthetically pleasing. Specs, for the most part, don't really factor into my purchasing decisions when it comes to the iPhone. The symbiosis between Apple's iOS and its phones is just that good.
