Poll: Do you use Invisible Mode in MacRumours or not?

I use it almost exclusively. There is a lot of time that I don't wish to be PM'd instantly on a post I make or other such things because while I look through MR a make a post here and there I'm also working on other things on my system.

I think you will find that a lot of the Mods do the same thing. Although I obviously can't confirm that. Mere speculation mind you.🙂

I have never had the need to use it, but I can see some scenarios where one might need to use it. And I too find it funny that this is a public poll, I almost wish that public polls were not really an option in most cases, as somebody who uses 'Invisible Mode' would probably not want people to know that they are.

Any ways, I am surprised that five people do not know what Invisible Mode is.

I use it exclusively when it's an option. I'm on and off all the time, and I got into the habit years ago when certain busybodies started making note. 🙄
