I upgraded because it was coming out and I wanted it, and then I started obsessing over it and reading, reading, and reading about it...

I do use my every day iPad for Uni though, and just for the fact that the iPad 2 doesn't reload every Safari page each time I change tabs is worth it :) plus textbooks and pdfs load much quicker between pages is a bonus.
