Eh. Its true that they aren't all truly "features" but it does serve their advertising efforts well. It will draw quite a few new switchers.

Personally, I don't care. I am one of those people who "reads about Apple every day", so I am able to discern which features I would actually benefit from and justify upgrading.
 
i think the main features (underpinnings that none of us see) are enough to warrent leopard 64 bit, this is too different windows for a start, time machine, a great addition, core animation, this will get cooler and cooler as more apps come out, and the new Finder, this is massive. Leopard is the biggest osx update yet, the small '300 features' are either refinements or small extras for the people who dont understand the big changes
