So what are YOU going to do? Plenty of good options out there....

Android, probably March of 2018.

Voted for the X but I’m not 100% sure yet. For sure I’m either getting the X or sticking with my 7. The 8 is just not enough of an upgrade to justify the cost.

Sticking with my iPhone 7 till new se or next iPhone 9 , Xs whatever it's called .. but I will keep a eye on android the v30 is interesting also want to see what pixel 2 is about. But definitely not feeling the iPhone X .. lack of touch ID,price and tbh it didn't wow me like I thought it would.

I'm sticking with my 7+. Verizon's deal on the 8 just aren't anywhere near good enough and the deals for the X probably won't be significantly better IMO. Of course Black Friday deals might change my mind.

Going with the iPhone X, it looks great, that OLED screen with HDR is going to be amazing, AR features, camera features and so on all make it worth it for me. The only thing I'm not 100% so far is storage and colour (i keep thinking 256GB but I'm not too sure).

I'm going with the 256GB iPhone X. After getting over the initial sticker shock, I believe that it's a worthwhile purchase over the 8 Plus with the same amount of storage.

I'm personally sticking with my 7. Upgrading one line in the family plan from iPhone 6+ 64GB (battery's starting to go) to iPhone 8+ 64GB.

I'll stay with my 7 Plus now.. when X-1-Plus or whatever they call it.. comes out next year I'll get that assuming IOS has grown up correctly. If not.. then I'm definitely switching to Android but going with an overseas device because there's so many more features i'll actually use.. none of this animated emoji nonsense. All my co-workers switched to Android once the S8 came out.. I knew I should have switched too but since I develop on IOS I figured I'll just hold off hoping to be shocked by iPhone 8/X.. knowing all a long I wouldn't be. Now I'm regretting not jumping.. but I'll hold on till this time next year unless work forces me to make a change.

X I guess, I don’t really see what’s the benefit of the 8 or why it was even brought out. Sure the glass back is cool, bit of a camera upgrade but, when you have the X in the shadows, why get something inferior. I personally prefer the smaller form factor the most, I have a 7 plus and it’s huge.

Currently going to get an 8 Plus (coming back to iPhone from Android).

Those who don't currently have an iPhone and want to save a few bucks and don't mind a big footrpint and / or want a FP scanner.

X

Am excited. New thing. I've got the ol 'Apple new thing' buzz.

My iPad is going to be jealous (I'll buy it a case ;) )

You are missing the "Undecided at this time" option.

I want to feel try the i8 and iX in hand. As for right now, I am undecided about any option.
Ok.. added that option.

Anyone can change their votes as well...
