iPhone X Poll: Which phone size do you prefer?

This is a TERRIBLE poll - you're mixing upgrading and size preferences into one poll and there's only 2 size categories to choose from when there are more sizes of phones to choose from. I voted other and I call this whole poll useless BS cause its so pointless.

I just upgraded from an iPhone 7 to an 8 so I could at least lock in the last of the breed of 4.7" iPhones. For me it's the perfect size, so I'll hang on to this one for at least the next couple of years.

Not sure why OP lumped the X in with the Plus and Max. It's practically the same size as the iPhone 6/7/8. And the iPhone SE and 6/7/8 don't seem like they should be lumped together either. Weird way to do things.

I'd like to see a poll about how many have stopped upgrading since the SE. I personally went 3G -> 4 -> 5 -> 6...decided the 6 was to big and bought the SE, and now I'm using the SE until Apple releases another reasonably sized phone.

I still have my old 5s at home. Every time I pick it up, I'm shocked at how tiny it is. I hope to never go back to a small device.

I stopped since the SE (I won’t go any bigger although I tried with a 6s plus), but I don’t imagine we will have huge numbers. Most people seem to prefer bigger phones, and even the ones who don’t prefer bigger seem to buy bigger anyway because they’re newer and/or have the better tech.

If they don't ever make something again that's "sub Xs sized" I'm not sure where my future will be.

That said, I'm happy with my SE now and for the foreseeable future.
Runs like a Ferrari on iOS 12 - Kudos to Apple for making that happen.

Xs Max is a great iPhone However I wish it was lighter. The stainless steel,glass back etc have made this iPhone seem heavy in hand after a while

The XR displays the same amount of content as the max. I did not realize this until recently. So for all intents and purposes, you're getting the same screen real estate for almost half the price.

And I suspect that it will not be toooo gigantic. Like an argument can be made for the XR not being huge. There is no way the max can be described as anything other than gigantic in the hand unless you are over 7 feet tall.

I really love my iPhone 8, and not buying it until March of this year I was able to get a 200.00 off deal through T-Mobile, making it a 500.00 instead of 700.00.

I feel like it’s a fantastic device for 500.00, but I would love to have dual lenses. I know many wouldn’t think of the X size devices to be much bigger, but I would disagree, from my viewpoint.

If the 8 had dual lenses, it would be the bomb.

I voted other, I only like the plus/max size, not the 6/7/8/Xs/Xr size.
My girlfriend likes the SE size, so no 6/7/8/Xs/Xr for her.

So hoping for her, that a iPhone SE2 comes soon

Well those of us with Plus iPhones can’t vote but I am getting used to an 8+ currently. You never get used to how awkwardly big it is when sitting down though I fear. The amount of times it sticks into my pelvis or nearly slides out of my pocket when sitting down can be annoying but in use it’s nice.

I bought Xs because i want small phone with good camera but due to problems with wifi and mobile reception i have changed it to iPhone8 and i'm really happy with my choice. I was thinking about Xr but for me it is to big. I will wait for next flagship generation. I know that on the paper difference in size between Xs and 8 is almost unnoticed but in my hand 8 better fits.

As a daily driver, I like my 8+ plus size. I did wonder if I would get used to it coming from my launch day iPhone 6. But it really hasn't been that big of a transition. It fits neatly in my hand and isn't that hard to use one handed. And I don't have huge hands either.

That being said, I wouldn't mind an SE sized phone to travel with. The iPhone 8+ is great to use with it's nice screen, but it doesn't fit inside my pocket as nicely as my iPhone 6 or obviously an SE sized phone would be.

That said, I am very happy with my 8 Plus and will keep it as long as it still functions well.
