I'm getting my Wisdom teeth pulled on the 25th, so I wont be going into work on the 26th anyway. If Leopard gets delivered on the 26th as promised I doubt I'll resist the temptation to install. Though I did decide to only install it on my Macbook at first. I'll hold off on installing it on my Mac Pro until I feel reasonably certain there will not be any major issues.

Will probably upgrade my MacBook Friday evening (if I get my retail Leopard before). I'm leaning towards a clean install... just to get rid of LOTS of junk that has been building up the last year or so (since I changed the HD).

The (brand new) office iMac (just received yesterday 🙂), on the other hand - probably won't be upgraded until some time into November, even if I get the (not even ordered yet) upgrade disc on time. I'm in the middle of a couple of LARGE projects, with imminent (or already past) deadlines, and wouldn't even have time for an upgrade, even if I wanted to.

This is a trick question from my point of view...

I'll be receiving Leopard on the 26th...but will be basically non-stop partying until the 28th...so i'll end up installing it as I recover.

I'll be waiting a bit. For everyone who has non-critical machines, great, beta test this puppy and be sure to share your experiences with the rest of us.

Of course I hope that any bugs are few and far between, but I'll be easing my personal-use machines in, and the business machines will wait at least a couple of months. I might consider rolling out the upgrade around Christmas when the staff are off.
