POOL: Who can guess the closest iOS4 release time?

Given we are already at almost 12:30PM EST, I wonder if folks would like to take a guess to see who gets the closest to the actual release time. Make sure you put the equivalent Cupertino PST so we have a common reference.

Based upon the previous keynote being around 1:00PM (10:00AM PST), I'm putting down that time.

Any other brave guess takers?

It means that if someone says "2 PM standard time" and you want to be a stickler you could claim that they really mean "3 PM DST."

That may be helpful if you're trying to win the contest, yes, but it doesn't mean that time won't happen today. It'll happen, it'll just be different than what that person thought they were saying.
