POOL: Who can guess the closest iOS4 release time?

coworker is downloading for his ipod, but I keep getting the "iphone 3.1.3 is the latest" on my 3gs... dang.
 
So it looks like the 10 AM people were right? (Like, it seems like it was dead-on.)

Good for Apple. I based my guess on the fact that they'd aim for 10 AM but they'd be a bit slow at it.
