iPhone 8/Plus Pop sound using headphone

Hello. When i try to listen to an audio, the first very second i can hear pop sound and also after the audio is finish. is it normal? i use my mom Iphone 8 plus and it also pop too just like mine. I hope is the software issue.

Are both iPhone 8's? I read some had issues with crackling or popping when making calls.

I experienced it when using my phone connected to bluetooth in my car.

Don't know if it applies to headphones. Either way I thought a software update fixed it. Are both your phones updated to the latest OS?

I meant, if it happens with just the 8's speakers or does it happen with any other audio device.
