Also, someone made pictures last year that were presented similarly. Pictures of a computer screen depicting Apple's website and a new iPhone. And of course, they were fake. I wouldn't pay much attention to these pictures.

If you look at this photo that came from ispazio (were the one above came from) There is no price tag under the ipod touch also if you look at the iphone caption it says " Check the availability of your carrier " which means it is available on multiple carriers in the us. It is also next to the fathers day captions meaning it being released before June 21 which can be possible but i highly doubt it will be ready by then.

This is fake. Any camera shot of a screen depicting something on Apple's site that isn't there has always 100% of the time been fake. Also: why would it have the green iChat light on if it were in the audio notes app? You people are too gullible.
I hope it isn't. I don't want the headset speaker to be on the edge like that.
This is 100% inaccurate. The leaked "fat nanos" photos looked the same and turned out to be true.
images of those had already been released (in accessory maker specs) and those weren't depicted to be on Apple's site. I doubt that Apple would make such an over sight that they let this slip onto their servers, or that whoever makes Apple's site would be dumb enough to post the picture, or that they would even be given the actual images and not place holders.
Do you have a response to why the phone would be in the audio notes app, yet the iChat camera is on?
