You have to install a weathericon theme first. Katra is a nice one.

They should be on Cydia. If you use Winterboard you just download it, if not you have to put all the files in your Springboard directory.

I'm attaching my Katra icons and config file here for you in case. (You can either use this as a theme and put it in Themes/Katra Weathericon/com.apple.springboard/FilesGoHere... or just paste everything in the zip folder to /System/CoreServices/Springboard.app/)

One of the reasons I got the iPhone is that I like the stock look

Lockscreen is just LockInfo with Native Rendering, ClockHide and WeatherInfo.

I'm thinking of turning off ClockHide so I have the big clock and then collapsing the Weather plugin so it just shows current weather. Then it wouldn't take up much more space.

I just donated to get in the Stacks v3 Alpha for my homescreen. I'm enjoying it so far (Had to move icons around to get the iPod to show up on front to make it look stock) I used to have the stock "Stocks.app" icon for my Bloomberg app too. I got lazy.

The one thing I can't stand in these themes is people changing the carrier name. What's the point?

Why wouldn't you? Besides many people seem to hate At&t so I think that's one of the reasons they change it.

Thanks for the clarification, I added the apt and the beta repo one after the other so I didn't remember which one exactly had LockInfo. The theme is the default theme like ViViDboarder said but the dark blue tint is from the attached wallpaper (I have it as my lockscreen and home screen background). And the weather icon theme is the Illumine WeatherIcon theme which is found in Cydia (it's from ModMyi).
