EDIT 1: I upgrade infinifolder to the new version 1.1.1-1 and it is working fine now.
Also upgrade infinidock to 1.6.6-1 and it is working.

I'll mention whats wrong with mine so its not so vague.

I installed MyWi, it restarted my phone, but it hangs at the Apple screen for a good 3minutes, then it boots into safe mode. When I try and load MyWi, it insta-crashes. As soon as you leave safe mode, it tries to reboot again and again hangs at the Apple logo.

EDIT: Un-unlocker doesn't work T_T , This app is such a huge reason for me to JB, believe it or not.

FYI, Tetherme and SBsetting Tethering work fine with 4.1.

is Wi-Fi Sync working? its installs and runs fine but my Iphone doesn't show up in Itunes.

Edit: its works. just needed to reboot my Mac.
