Good luck with that. A couple hours prior to the release of 3.0, the mods started wastelanding the "Time of Release" threads and they kept popping up faster than they could erase them.
I see that happening with these.

i ordered mine online with att mid-morning of the 10th.
i just checked my status and it all says "in progress"
i'm curious though, what is "FREIGHT" that was included in the order? is that the whole bundled package of iPhones that is ordered from china?
any answers?

yeah mine says prepared for shipment hopefully that changes tomorrow.

You can...but you will probably lose any chance of getting a phone before the monday. Be patient.
I thought that if yours was "Prepared for Shipment," then you couldn't cancel the order anymore. Right?
If you ordered online from AT&T then you still get greeted by "in progress" and a status that shows your phone is backordered.
So better add 100,000 to this thread!
I could do a phyc paper on this iPhone release. I could do it on all this instant gratification people desire.
I wonder how many people are going to end up removing the possibility of being able to get an iPhone on friday because of a lack of patience? How many people cancelled from AT&T and ordered from Apple only to get a notice from Apple the phone won't be shipped until friday instead of arriving on friday.

I ordered last night and even then it was still guaranteed for delivery on the 19th. This morning its status changed to prepared for shipment. I believe in Apple.... they won't let us down, they wouldn't..... would they

Yeah I ordered mine at 930 am on the 11th and it's still prepared for shipping. hopefully it'll ship in the morning so I can relax cause I probably won't be around this weekend.
Ordered the 10th and also at prepared for shipping. I really hope they already have a lot stockpiled here in the states and can just go out tomorrow via overnight. Anyone else have a pending charge on there card then have it disappear. Mine was pending now the pending charge is gone and i still haven't been charged for it, kinda strange.
