Am still waiting on 2nd emails for 2 orders ... Please post if you have received 2nd email for your order

As far as I know, there is no second email when ordering with AT&T. One for order confirmation and one for when it ships.

Just got the second confirmation mail just like asleep's. Took them an hour since the first one.

Is everyone supposed to receive a second email? I ordered an hour or so ago, & only received the email confirming my order.
 
At 3:39am, I received my confirmation email. As yet, I have not received the second one.
 
I received my second email telling me that my order had been processed and sent to the warehouse for delivery on 10/14/2011 moments after the first email. I checked my checking account and the transaction had been processed.

I got my second email at 4:35 central time. Order was placed at 3:14 am
 
My checking has been processed as well... but interesting when checking order status it status shows in progress , qty 1 backordered , pending shipment... :confused:
 
@isilent I have yet to receive the second email and mine says the same-thing processing, backordered was placed at 4:45 East Coast Time.
 
Yes, first one (order confirmation) at 4:19am, second one (processed and sent to warehouse) at 6:06am.
 
Finally got 2nd email so all looks good... weird thing... i got the email at 2:15pm eastern time , but it shows that att sent it out at 6:35am, seems like servers were backed out and now 2nd emails are getting to people. i purchased online at 4:30 am... i waited 1 hour and half to finally get through the website.

Well seems like everyone went good..waiting on 64gb 4s black and 16gb 4s black...:D
 
Never got the first confirmation email from AT&T, if there was one. But I got the second one (the one that says "We have processed your order and it has been sent to our warehouse for shipment") today at 1:16 PM. My order was submitted around 5 AM this morning.
 
I believe the emails are saying to ship by your "estimated" delivery date of 10/14.
 
I received two identical confirmation emails about 30 mins apart..both saying the same thing. Didn't think anything of it.

Your 2nd email confirmation was my 1st and only email so far with all the stuff you need... the fact that they said it would arrive on 10/14/11 and with a order number and that I would get one more email after it ships.
 
Despite getting the first email and never getting the second on my order placed at 4:45am, I called 1-866-391-0749 entered my order number and it says it was released to the warehouse pending the authorized ship date. So I am confident that their email system is overloaded. Someone else who didn't get the second email but the first call and report back.
