Post iOS 8 bugs here (updated)

My spotify keeps crashing and when I tried to use shift keyboard I didn't have a keyboard in safari. Also it's extremely lagging. That's what I have found so far.
- Video Scrubbing is borked, if you scrub, it does like a weird freeze frame of a few seconds ahead of your starting point, freezes some more then goes to where you scrubbed.
- iTunes Match is borked also, if you download songs, then they may get stuck in the "downloading" state, even thought they have been downloaded fully, and it appears that iOS continues to download the songs multiple times because I went way over my data plan today because of this.
- Same issue with app updates, gets stuck and constantly loads apps to update, sometimes won't update. I had to uninstall the apps and install like new to get to work.
All in all, this software is really buggy. Definitely not GM material.

if you delete a message by hitting "more" and then "delete," the thread will still show the time of the last text you received, even if that's the text you deleted.
so, if I got a text and 3:15 and 9:15, if I deleted the 9:15 text, it still shows that the last time on the thread is 9:15 when it would normally go back to being 3:15. just something I discovered.

All in all I really like the new update. My only issue right now is that my Nike Fuelband is not connecting via bluetooth. It doesn't even show up in devices. It was working before the update. I will just wait and see if it is the app or the band itself.
For me there's a delay when hitting play/pause on videos with the built in player (youtube app etc is fine) that wasn't there on iOS7. The icon is highlighted but takes about a 0.5 - 1 second to actually play or pause.
I've tried on a clean install and backup, both show the same behaviour.
I'm sure it'll be fixed and I'm quite happy overall with performance.

Well if Video is playing not in full screen I can't even drag the thing and it only starts reacting to my touch in full screen and then same happens as you describe.
After selecting text in safari, you have to touch somewhere else three times to deselect text. Also zooming in safari breaks some web apps that worked in ios7 (for example flapmmo).
Music scrubbing to far too coarse, and auto correct breaks when "no replacement is found" and auto red highlights that text repeatedly despite touching somewhere else.
Edit: text selection bug only happens on certain websites.

Messages on iPad:
If you use the "split" keyboard, you don't get suggestions. I doubt that's a bug. But the bug is that the text field (camera - text field - microphone) covers up the latest messages. Very frustrating and renders messages nearly useless as you need to constantly pull up to see the latest message.
Edit: Rebooting the device seems to have fixed it - for now...

The only thing that seems to be happening to me is videos will crash and close the app I'm in half the time. And, sometimes the scrubbing or menu bar gets wonky or is missing something like time or volume.
Other than that it's not so bad, surely this stuff will be ironed out.

BEWARE! Device will not Reboot & Restart after iOS 8 Upgrade
After installing iOS 8 on an IPad Air Mini Retina and latest gen iPod, both worked fine until I performed a reboot (Home & Power buttons) on both. Now, neither will start up. The Apple logo appears on screen, eventually fades and then turns off. I have repeated the reboot process several times now but I am unable to get either device to start. Accordingly, I'm not going to upgrade my 5S or other Apple iOS devices.
Any ideas what to do? HELP?

Yea, the update is fine. I agree about the scrubbing, it's not working really good and seems more coarse than in ios7, same with the music app.

If you click on the webclips, the icons will fix themselves but for webclips that are managed via MDM you have to repush them when the device gets into this scenario. This has been tested on around 20 devices (5S,5C,4S) and they all experienced the same issue. This has been reported to Apple. In case you don't know, webclips are a application icon that opens a website. So if you go to a website and send it to your home screen.

Duplicate app updates. I've been prompted to update NYT five times despite already updating.
Webpages always reload in safari when I switch tabs. This has always been a problem but seems to be worse with iOS 8.
