New Orientation bug for 8.4
Have had this happen several times but not consistently.
I will pick up my iPhone 6+ (64gb ATT) and when I unlock it is in landscape even though I an holding it in portrait. After a few seconds (2-3) it will orient correctly. When I open my calendar, it shows in landscape then after 2-3 seconds orients correctly. Stock email... same issue. This continues till I lock the device and reunlock. Then all is okay.
It appears to occur if the device has been sitting for several minutes on a flat surface.

I've had the orientation issue also but the view and lag in app (cal/mail) is new for me.

New orientation bug in iOS 8.4:

I can confirm this on my iPad Air 2. Everything was fine on iOS 8.3, after updating to 8.4 (voa iTunes not OTA) everything works finde after a restart, and then suddenly it is locked in portrait until I restart.
I could not fingure out what causes this / or when it starts.

Can't reply to messages when in apps from pull down and lock screen as keyboard not appearing on 8.4 on iPhone 6 have 8.4 also on iPad Air 2 and no issues, also music app sometimes crashes on iPad Air 2 and when trying to search apple music nothing will come up if trying to search again this is not happening on iPhone 6

Some of my cover art has grey croppings around them in the new iiOS8.4 music app. Can't Apple make the grey transparent just like before. I even noticed it today on Beats 1 with some older album covers. It looks really horrible and I'm missing the larger art in .3. Is this a bug that will get sorted?

Tapping an Instagram link in Twitter opens the Twitter browser to display. Tapping open in Instagram takes me to the App Store with a blank screen.

Same thing happens in apple music with show album in iTunes Store.

In apple music playing a curated playlist. Can add song to my music but no real way to add whole album. Going into my music shows the song added at top and is only place to chose show whole album. But still can't add whole album. Have to remove song from my music then add whole album.
Does no one at apple play and use this stuff or what?

location reminders not working since update. Im home iPhone, I asked to be reminded when I get here, you said ok and set it, I checked the reminder, it says when arriving home and my address. Ive been sat here an hour. wtf is going on?

Fixed my issue. The phone was set to time zone "auto detect" and in the manual entry block it was set to Beijing.
So I changed it to my local time zone city under manual mode and no problem since. I guess the update changed my time zone to china. Strange...

There appears to be a bug in Mail when choosing to sign your emails automatically using a certificate that is for anything other the default "From:" address. It may depend on your screen size (iPhone 5 here).

Attempting to compose an email will cause a pop-up to appear, alerting you to the lack of a certificate for the current "From:" address. At the same time, the keyboard will slide up and cover the dialogue's buttons, so that you can't interact with it, and the Cancel and Send buttons are greyed-out. You can't dismiss the keyboard, AFAICT, and going to landscape doesn't help.

The only way to proceed is to force-quit the app from the Fast App Switcher and relaunch, at which point you start where you left off, but without the keyboard automatically sliding up.
