You better rethink that. Video recriding in pro features will be l8mited to 1080p I forget the specifics but get 256GB minimum else you’re just neutering your iPhone.

best year ever for a trade-in direct with Apple for me so going to take full advantage of this. I really like last years 12 Pro in blue and this years 13 Pro is 🔥 but …. The 1.5hr overall battery life increases on both the 13 mini really has me peaked. Add 1000nits and skin tone balance is critical for me over my 12 mini.
I don’t need the 512GB storage but may splurge, and the Pro camera features I’m just not ever going to use to fullest capabilities as I have a LOT to learn. Praying no more lens flare, but better light in pics will help.

better battery life, significant enough,
improved screen brightness (summers), I can tell you first hand this summer the 12 mini at full brightness struggled to be legible, no shades.
more efficient cpu… yet I feel ProMotion would’ve benefited the minis THE most for battery life.
- if you get the 12 mini get AppleCare+ chances are down the road you may get the 13mini as a replacement due to stock shortages, recall production was lowered 2 qtrs ago.

judging by current votes in this thread the mini does have decent interest by those that voted. Hope sales are even more significant but Apple NEEDS to advertise it.
I suspect the iPad mini got this much R&D and it’s not the best seller, probably more niche than the iPhone mini is but with such support for Pencil 2 I think the mini will see another year, not as an SE remake.

My 12 Pro battery also degraded way faster than on my 11 Pro, it's near 90%, I wonder if it's the higher temp magsafe charging?
