Post only visible when logged in

I've seen this happening in several threads but here's an example.

The third post of my thread here only shows up after I'm logged in. Viewed it in a browser with cache cleared, and the third post isn't visible. Same goes when I'm viewing it on the cache-cleared Safari on my phone.

Very odd. I confirmed that it disappears if I clear the browser cache and refresh. At least it appears when people are logged in, so active member's won't miss it.

Seeing a little bit of forum weirdness today. We had a bit of downtime yesterday and it appears things might have gotten out of sync a bit around the same time. Looking into it.
