I was at our local lake last week, and I was astonished at how many fat/unfit people there were. I would say close to 80% of people at the park were overweight by 25 lbs or more.

Actually, I'm back to marathon training so I'm probably closer to 145 (haven't had a scale for the past 5 months...)

Absolutely. Actually I have struggled with my weight since my early twenties. I was around 190 last year this time, but back surgery really effed up my excercise program. :eek:
 
I am 28, 6'4", and weigh 205 lbs. I lift weights three times a week and run 2 miles 5 times a week. All in all in pretty good shape. I try to eat healthy, but man, it sure stinks...

Definetly need to gain more weight for lax, But the creatine/whey protien/ lifting cycle is definetly helping :)

although i live among the most obese in the country: savannah GA (you'd never think)
