Even though I'm from Newfoundland, and that is the "quintessential" Newfoundland breakfast, baked beans are one thing I was never able to stomach!

i see you have a sol there:) where we were in mexico they only had sol and dos equis.. long story short i had alottttt of sol. love the stuff =D

Oh lord...

I'm from the UK, but I have an uncle on Vancouver Island that I go and visit every 4 years or so.

And 'The Keg' is, by far, my favourite restaurant ever.

The Surf and Turf is phenomenal:D
 
Fiber cereal in the morning along with a banana. Lunch is lean meat on whole wheat.
Dinner is vegtables, fish or chicken, wheat bread.
Snacks are peanuts, radishes, carrots or fruit.
Lots of water.
 
Whole meal cobs and coleslaw - stupid diet as I might be pre-diabetic..

No Alcohol, Sugars, High carbs (like, potatoes and white pasta :( )

What you people need is a little meat in your diet. Non of that pansy, wansey stuff you find in the garden!!! That's fit for the compose heap!

This was a week ago, but worth noting, it was soooo good... I only eat stuff like this on vacation hahaha
