While not a huge fan of things I have to microwave, I found these great little meals from Cedarlane. They're apparently some natural foods joint that puts out tasty mexican dishes with a lot less calories.

I'm eating the Burrito Grande with Chili Verde Sauce. At just 230 calories (don't start looking at the carbs) and 9g of protein I cannot complain. I find that I can have my mexican food and not feel too incredibly guilty.
