Not surprising.. Anything you make is gold. Like I never ever seen anyone make such a fantastic biscotti, let alone first try.

Thanks! I hardly ever do any baking, so fotographica let me run some things by him. I've been wanting to make my grandmother's biscotti for years! This is going to be a biscotti-filled holiday season now, haha.

I hardly ever do any baking, so fotographica let me run some things by him.

Nice job on those!!! Many possibilities for biscotti flavors. And they make great gifts too!!

For Sunday dinner,started off with some stuffed Italian peppers. Stuffed with fresh breadcrumbs,mascarpone cheese and spicy Italian sausage

Then onto seafood risotto. Made with shrimp,scallops and mussels

Finished up with some cookies

Made dinner at my mom's for the grandparents coming over. My grandmother is having surgery this week, as she was recently diagnosed with cancer, so we wanted to have a small family dinner.

Good ole homemade lasagna, caesar salad, and garlic bread.

I usually eat 6 times a day and healthy. With it being winter and holiday season (thanksgiving and Christmas), i haven't been doing so well with healthy part.

Here is meal 4 for today. 8oz chicken, 12oz white potato, and pop tart lol. It looked good when I looked in pantry. I Should have never opened the door.

Started off with some homemade fish cakes

This is a sauce that I make often. Lobster and little neck clams. I happen to be making lobster ravioli this weekend. Can't let the bodies go to waste.
