nice!!!! did you also get some canned tuna for tuna salad?

No canned tuna. I use spiral pasta, cooked wild caught shrimp, organic uncured all natural bacon, hard boiled eggs, tomato, English cucumber, celery, chic peas(garbanzo beans), carrots, avocado, broccoli, and yellow or orange bell pepper. Cut with Dukes mayonnaise and some spicy deli mustard. Makes for a great loaded pasta salad. Goes well with a lot of things.

Filipino food with the family. We met our granddaughter's fiancé's parents for lunch. Fabulous meal of pork BBQ, chicken inasal, fried bangus, pork adobo, tortang talong (eggplant omelette), ensalada (diced tomato, onion, green mango), lumpia, and rice.

Udon is always a great noodle 🍜 had you also tried banh canh?
I love Udon noodle. And yes, I have eaten Banh Canh many times. Very similar to Udon. I love Vietnamese food. Pho is another noodle soup I like a lot. And of course Ramen....Tonkotsu is my favorite ramen.🙂

My wife is from Shanghai and is a soup person. She is the one that got me into making soups, and just cooking in general. Now it's my favorite pastime of many years.

Nice 👍 I’ve been to a few ramen 🍜 restaurants before, and I’m a regular at Phoholic in Orange County.

The ramen show in Las Vegas is a fantastic Japanese ramen restaurant located on the popular Asian street of Spring Mountain Road.

Here is past photo here!
